摘  要:通过选用目前国际上惯用的IPCC碳排放评估法,以浙江省海洋捕捞和海水养殖为研究对象,分别计算在2005-2019年期间的碳源量和贝藻类养殖所形成的碳汇量,由此得到浙江省海洋渔业碳净排放量。同时结合LMDI分解法,将碳净排放影响因素分解为碳汇系数、碳排放系数、能源强度、产业结构、产业规模以及从业人员规模进行实证研究,得出结论:产业规模、从业人员规模和能源强度是影响浙江省海洋渔业碳净排放量的三大主要因素,其中产业规模会形成负向效应,而从业人员规模和能源强度的影响效应是正向的。This article uses the IPCC carbon emission assessment method that is currently used internationally,and takes marine fishing and marine culturing in Zhejiang Province as the research object.We calculates the amount of carbon source and the carbon sink formed by the cultivation of shellfish and algae during the period 2005-2019,thus get the net carbon emissions from the marine fisheries in Zhejiang Province.At the same time,combined with the LMDI decomposition method,the factors influencing net carbon emissions are decomposed into carbon sink coefficient,carbon emission coefficient,energy intensity,industrial structure,industrial scale,and employee scale to conduct empirical research,and draw the following conclusions:industrial scale,employee scale,and Energy intensity are the three main factors affecting the net carbon emissions of marine fisheries in Zhejiang Province.The scale of the industry will have a negative effect,while the scale of employment and energy intensity have a positive effect;the scale of employment and the energy intensity of marine fishing,Industrial structure factors are the deep-seated factors affecting the emission and carbon reduction of marine fisheries in Zhejiang Province.
