摘　　要：涉海上市公司是海洋产业资本市场融资的重要力量,对带动海洋经济发展具有积极意义。通过系统分析近年来涉海上市公司发展情况和特征亮点,发现涉海上市公司整体业绩保持增长,经营状况持续向好,发展动力不断增强。在梳理涉海上市公司问题的基础上,以新发展理念为指导,提出涉海上市公司高质量发展的对策,建议充分发挥涉海上市公司龙头带动作用,促进海洋经济发展迈上新台阶。The sea-related listed companies are an important force in the capital market financing of the marine industry and have positive significance in driving the development of marine economy.This paper systematically analyzes the development and characteristics highlights of the sea-related listed companies in recent years,and believes that the overall performance of the sea-related listed companies keeps growing,the operation condition continues to be good,and the development momentum keeps increasing.On the basis of sorting out the problems in the development of sea-related listed companies,and taking the new development concept as the guide,the paper proposes countermeasures for the high-quality development of sea-related listed companies and suggests giving full play to the leading role of sea related listed companies to promote the development of marine economy to a new level.
