云南省南蝠体表寄生虫感染及影响因素研究

摘  要:目的了解云南省境内南蝠体表寄生虫的感染情况,为开展南蝠体表寄生虫研究和媒介传播性人兽共患病的防治提供科学依据。方法2020年7月至2022年8月于云南省4个采样点抓获南蝠样本,采集并鉴定其体表寄生虫,并使用SPSS 26统计分析南蝠体表寄生虫感染情况。结果在捕获的64只南蝠中,61只感染体表寄生虫,感染率为95.31%。采集到蝠螨科和巨刺螨科体表寄生虫共1673只。不同性别南蝠的体表寄生虫的平均多度和平均感染强度存在统计学差异(t_(多度)=2.969,t_(感染强度)=2.888;均P<0.05),南蝠体型与体表寄生虫感染存在相关关系(相关系数r=0.343,P=0.005)。结论云南省南蝠体表寄生虫感染普遍,均属于革螨股成员。雌性南蝠感染的寄生虫平均多度数和平均感染度均高于雄性,南蝠体型与其体表寄生虫平均多度呈正相关关系。The purpose of the current study was to better understand the infection status of Ia io ectoparasites in Yunnan Province and provide a scientific basis for conducting research on Ia io ectoparasites and control of vector-borne zoonoses.Samples of Ia io were captured at four sampling sites in Yunnan Province between July 2020 and August 2022.The ectoparasites were collected and identified,and SPSS 26 was used to statistically analyze the ectoparasite infections of Ia io.Of the 64 Ia io captured,61 were infected with ectoparasites(infection rate is 95.31%).A total of 1673 ectoparasites were collected from the Spinturnicidae and Macronyssidae families.The mean abundance of ectoparasite infections(t=2.969)and mean intensity of infection(t=2.888)differed significantly between sexes of Ia io(P<0.05).Moreover,there was a correlation between body size and Ia io ectoparasite infections(r=0.343,P=0.005).The ectoparasite infections were common in southern bats in Yunnan Province,and all of them belonged to members of the Gamasina.The mean abundance and mean intensity of parasitic infections were higher in females than in males of bats,and there is a positive correlation between the body size of Ia io and their mean abundance of parasites on the body surface.
