摘 要:本研究采用PEG-6000溶液模拟干旱胁迫条件,比较研究了冀北地区12个燕麦品种(品系)种子胚根和胚芽的生长变化及萌芽期抗旱性表现。结果表明,不同燕麦品种种子初生根数、初生根长、胚芽长和胚芽鞘长对干旱胁迫的响应不同。不同干旱胁迫条件下,燕麦种子初生根数在0~5之间,其中低度干旱胁迫增加了燕麦种子初生根数,高度干旱胁迫降低燕麦种子初生根数。不同燕麦品种种子最长初生根长在5~20.9 mm之间,干旱胁迫均降低了燕麦种子最长初生根长,其中200919-7-1、坝莜3号和品五对干旱胁迫的忍耐性最高。干旱胁迫也影响了燕麦种子胚芽长和胚芽鞘长,不同燕麦品种种子胚芽长和胚芽鞘长对干旱胁迫的响应表现出相似的趋势。Different concentrations of PEG-6000 were used to simulate the drought stress environment to analyze and compare the growth changes of radicle and germ and drought resistance performance of 12 main oat varieties in Northern Hebei during the seed germination period.The results showed that primary root number,primary root length,germ length,and coleoptile length of different oat varieties responded differently to drought stress.Under different drought stress conditions,the number of primary roots of oat seeds ranged from 0 to 5.Among them,low drought stress increased the number of primary roots of oat seeds,while the high drought stress decreased the number of primary roots of oat seeds.The longest primary root length of the seeds of different oat varieties was between 5 and 20.9 mm,and the drought stress reduced it.Oat varieties 200919-7-1,Bayou No.3,and Pinwu showed the highest tolerance to drought stress.Drought stress also affected oat seed germ length and coleoptile length,with similar trends observed among different oat varieties.These findings provide valuable insights into the effects of PEG-induced drought stress on oat seed germination and drought resistance.
