摘　　要：目的探讨微信小程序护理平台在永久性肠造口患者随访管理中的应用效果。方法选择本院2021年1月~2022年7月间收治的80例接受永久性肠造口手术的直肠癌患者作为研究对象,将其随机打乱分为对照组和观察组,分别采用电话随访指导护理和微信小程序护理平台指导护理,对比两组患者的康复情况、并发症发生率以及自我护理能力。结果观察组的康复情况显著优于对照组,并发症发生率显著低于对照组,自我护理能力显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微信小程序护理平台在永久性肠造口患者随访管理中的应用效果理想,建议推广。Objective This study aims to investigate the analysis of application effect of WeChat mini apps nursing platform in follow-up management of patients with permanent enterostomy.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 80 rectal cancer patients who underwent permanent enterostomy surgery in our hospital from January 2021 to July 2022 as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,who were respectively guided by telephone follow-up nursing and WeChat mini apps nursing platform.The recovery,complication rate and self-care ability of the two groups were compared.Results The rehabilitation in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the self-care ability was significantly better than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of WeChat mini apps nursing platform in the follow-up management of patients with permanent enterostomy is ideal,and it is recommended to be popularized.
