摘  要:目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱和光谱法联合测定复方牛黄消炎胶囊中17种无机元素的分析方法。方法样品采用微波消解法,用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICPMS)和电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)联合测定复方牛黄消炎胶囊中的无机元素。结果17种无机元素在线性范围(0~5.00 mg·L-1)内线性关系良好,精密度RSD值在0.20%~2.41%之间,稳定性RSD值在0.62%~4.60%之间,17种无机元素加样回收率在81.60%~104.25%的范围内。结论该方法专属性好,准确度高,灵敏度高,适用于复方牛黄消炎胶囊中17种无机元素的测定。Objective To establish an analytical method for determination of 17 inorganic elements in compound Niuhuang Xiaoyan capsule by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry and spectrometry.Methods The samples were digested by microwave digestion;the inorganic elements in compound Niuhuang Xiaoyan capsule were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)and inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer(ICP-OES).Results The linear relationship of 17 inorganic elements was good in the linear range(0-5.00 mg·L-1),the RSD of injection precision was between 0.20%and 2.41%,the RSD of stability was between 0.62%and 4.60%,and the recoveries of 17 inorganic elements were in the range of 81.60%to 104.25%.Conclusion The method has good specificity,high accuracy and high sensitivity,and it is suitable for the determination of 17 inorganic elements in compound Niuhuang Xiaoyan capsule.
