城市社区医养结合服务:实践现状及优化路径——基于无锡市的调研

摘　　要：文章客观描述了无锡市社区医养结合服务发展现状,指出了实践中存在的问题:社区养老服务中心康养功能不足;社区家庭医生服务执行难;民间资本参与积极性不高;社区医养结合服务部门协同不足。在此基础上,提出无锡市社区医养结合服务优化路径:精准定位服务对象;精准定位服务内容;明确政府核心地位,扶持社会组织发展,积极完善市场供给机制;以组织协同优化为载体,深入推进智能化、规模化社区医养结合服务建设。The study describes the practical status in Wuxi,points out the deficiencies in practice:the functions of rehabilitation and medical treatment are insufficient;difficulties in implementing of family doctor;a low motivation of private capital;insufficient collaboration among departments.Based on these,the study proposed optimized paths:accurate service targets,accurate service contents,the core position of the government,supporting the development of social organizations,together with the improvement of the market supply mechanism;the construction of intelligence and large-scale on the elderly care with medical service.
