摘　　要：中国社会的差序人际联系形塑了社会精英在基层治理中的关键角色,在社区社会资本凸显重要性的社会治理格局下,占据优势资源且规模日益壮大的城市精英居民能否显现社会价值?研究发现居民在凝聚社区社会资本时受到客观精英地位的正向资源支持和主观精英认同的负向认知约束,且伴随认同偏差机制的选择性强化。第一,精英居民借助客观精英地位可凝聚更优社区社会资本;第二,主观精英认同会削弱居民社区社会资本凝聚;第三,相较于非精英居民,精英居民受到精英认同的负面影响更小,因而在精英地位优势和精英认同下偏的双重加持下凝聚更优社区社会资本。在中国社会治理实践中,精英超越了“寡头”和“能人”的极化判断,呈现公共面向和社会价值。Interpersonal relationships in the Chinese society are hierarchical,which results in the social elites having a crucial role in grassroots governance.As community social capital gains importance in social governance,urban elite residents,who possess advantageous resources and are increasing in number,must demonstrate their social value.This study finds that while consolidating community social capital,residents experience positive resource support due to their objective elite status,but negative cognitive constraints due to their subjective elite identity along with selective strengthening of identity bias mechanisms.Specifically,the study finds that elite residents can better consolidate community social capital through their objective elite status;subjective elite identity weakens residents consolidation of community social capital;and compared with non-elite residents,elites are less affected by the negative impact of identity,thus consolidating better community social capital under the dual influence of elite status advantages and elite identity bias.In the Chinese social governance practice,elites transcend the polarized judgments of“oligarchs”and“able people”and present a public-oriented and socially valuable aspect.
