矮壮素对南繁区设施栽培甜瓜苗期的影响

摘  要:为了解决南繁区设施栽培中甜瓜苗期容易发生徒长的问题,用不同浓度的矮壮素(CCC)对甜瓜幼苗进行叶面喷施处理。结果表明,不同浓度处理下的茎粗、叶宽、地下干质量、壮苗指数、叶面积等存在显著性差异,最佳处理浓度分别为400、500、500、400、500 mg/L;叶宽、茎粗、全株鲜质量、全株干质量、地上干质量、根冠比、地下干质量等指标与壮苗指数存在显著正相关,可作为判断幼苗是否健壮的评价指标。在南繁区生产中,建议以壮苗指数综合指标作为评断幼苗健壮的标准,综合幼苗生长情况和成本,认为400 mg/L为最佳浓度。In order to solve the problem of excessive growth of muskmelon seedlings in facility cultivation in southern breeding area,different concentrations of chlormequat chloride(CCC)were sprayed on the leaves of melon seedlings.The results showed that there were significant differences in stem diameter,leaf width,underground dry weight,seedling index and leaf area under different concentrations,and the optimal treatment concentrations were 400,500,500,400,500 mg/L,respectively.Leaf width,stem diameter,whole plant fresh weight,whole plant dry weight,aboveground dry weight,root shoot ratio,underground dry weight and other indicators were significantly positively correlated with seedling index,which could be used as an evaluation index to judge whether the seedlings were healthy or not.In the production of southern breeding area,it is suggested that the comprehensive indexs of seedling index should be used as the standard to judge the robustness of seedlings.Considering the growth and cost of seedlings,400 mg/L was the best concentration.
