滦河下游河道治理与采砂管控对策研究分析

摘　　要：滦河干流大黑汀水库至入海口段河道长度约163 km,大部分河段为唐山市和秦皇岛市的界河,由于涉及行政区划较多,自上而下共涉及7个县(市),在河道治理与采砂中存在一些问题,现对存在问题进行分析,并提出解决对策,为后续项目实施提供参考建议。The main stream of Luan River River,Tai Hei Ting reservoir-Haikou reach,is about 163 km long.Most of the reach is the boundary between Tangshan River and Qinhuangdao River.Due to the large number of administrative territorial entity involved,it covers a total of seven counties(cities)from top to bottom,there are some problems in river regulation and sand excavation project.The problems are analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to provide reference suggestions for the implementation of follow-up projects.
