摘　　要：从水利工程施工监理角度出发,结合南水北调中线京石段漕河渡槽伸缩缝渗漏处理项目工程实例,系统性介绍现代水利工程建设活动中监理工程师可采取的施工质量控制措施,旨在最大限度强化施工过程管控能力,完善项目施工监理体系,顺利实现工程预期建设目标,为其他类似工程提供参考。From the perspective of hydraulic engineering construction supervision,combined with the South-North Water Transfer Project example of caohe aqueduct expansion joint leakage treatment project,to systematically introduce the construction quality control measures that can be taken by the supervision engineer in modern hydraulic engineering construction activities,with the aim of enhancing the construction process control capability to the maximum extent,and perfecting the construction supervision system of the project,the successful realization of the expected construction goal of the project can provide reference for other similar projects.
