摘  要:针对塔河常规羟丙基瓜胶压裂液稠化剂使用浓度大(0.5%),交联剂等关键化学助剂成本高,进一步降本难度大的问题,以硼酸盐、碱、葡萄糖酸钠为原材料,研发了一种耐高温、低成本有机硼交联剂及配套的0.35%HPG低浓度压裂液。该交联剂生产成本为7000元/吨,较现用交联剂降本50%;配套的低浓度压裂液较常规压裂液单方降低70元,且在140℃、170s-1剪切1h条件下,黏度保持在100mPa·s以上,耐高温性能好。目前已在塔河油田50井次开展酸压现场应用,累计节约费用126万元,应用前景广阔。In view of the Tahe conventional hydroxypropyl guar gum fracturing fluid thickener using high concentration(0.5%),crosslinking agent and other key chemical additives in high cost,the difficulty of further reducing the cost,we carried out a kind of high temperature resistant,low cost organic boron cross-linker and supporting 0.35%HPG low concentration of fracturing fluid using borate,alkali,sodium gluconate as raw material.The crosslinking agent production cost is 7000 Yuan/ton,comparing with Tahe crosslinking agent,which reducing the cost 50%;low concentration of fracturing fluid supporting than conventional fracturing fluid unilaterally reduced 70 Yuan,and at 140 C、170s-1 and 1h shear conditions,the viscosity kept above 100mPa·.s,good temperature resistance.In 2016,the crosslinking agent has been used in the field of acid fracturing in 50 wells of Tahe oilfield,and the accumulative cost is saved by 1 million 260 thousand Yuan.Broad application prospects.
