摘 要:新时代我国经济发展的一系列深刻变化引发了社会劳动关系的深刻转型,梳理与探讨近十年来劳动关系研究领域的最新成果及发展方向有助于为“十四五”时期和谐劳动关系构建工作提供理论参考。文章运用CiteSpace软件对相关文献进行可视化分析,发现国内劳动关系学界一直保持着较高的研究热情;工会、劳动法、劳动争议、劳务派遣、集体协商等是本领域的研究重点,平台经济、共享经济、零工经济、灵活就业、数字劳动等新现象也日益受到重视;在传统“劳—资”关系视角之外,越来越多的学者开始运用国家治理视角来考察劳动关系问题。未来研究应进一步拓宽研究内容与思路,努力构建新时代中国特色社会主义劳动关系学说。A series of remarkable changes in China’s economic development in the new era have triggered profound transformation in social labor relations.Sorting and understanding latest research findings on such topics over the past decade can provide theoretical references on building harmonious labor relations in the“14th Five-Year Plan”period.This paper has conducted a visualization analysis on relevant literature,using CiteSpace software as a tool.It finds that domestic research community has maintained a high level of enthusiasm on labor relations.Labor unions,labor law,labor disputes,labor dispatch,and collective bargaining have been the focus of research in this field.New phenomena including platform economy,sharing economy,gig economy,flexible employment,and digital labor have also received rising attention.In addition to the traditional perspective of“labor-capital”relations,an increasing number of scholars start to apply the state governance approach to examine labor relations.In this vein,this paper argues that future research should further broaden the research horizon and thinking,so as to build a socialist labor relations theory with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
