摘 要:目的为顺应国家现代化教育改革,提升教学质量,我们以临床-科研跨学科交叉结合“探究式-小班化”模式进行口腔预防医学教学改革,并对改革成效进行分析。方法采用过程化考核教学设计、以临床问题为导向的PBL教学方法设计、以科研团队为基础的TBL教学设计,分别在“龋病学基础知识讲授与学习”“龋病流行病学调查”“抗菌材料的设计与研发”三个方面进行重点教学改革创新。结果该教学模式实践了口腔预防医学专业本科教学和科研结合、儿童乳牙龋风险调查项目流调工作和临床疾病机制探究以及抗菌材料的设计与研发等工作,并取得良好效果。结论本教学模式初步实现了引导学生学习兴趣和勇于探索的改革成效,开创了未来本科生口腔医学教育的发展方向。Objective In order to comply with the national modern education reform and improve the teaching quality,we use the“inquiry-small class”mode of interdisciplinary combination of clinical and scientific research to carry out the oral preventive medicine teaching reform,and analyze the effect of the reform.Methods Process-based assessment teaching design,clinical problem-oriented PBL teaching method design,and TBL teaching design based on scientific research team were adopted to carry out key teaching reform and innovation in three aspects:teaching and learning of basic knowledge of dental caries,epidemiological investigation of dental caries,and design and development of antibacterial materials.Results The teaching model put into practice the combination of undergraduate teaching and scientific research of oral preventive medicine,the investigation of the risk of deciduous dental caries in children,the exploration of clinical disease mechanism,and the design and development of antibacterial materials,which achieved good results.Conclusion This teaching model initially realizes the reform effect of guiding students’interest in learning and daring to explore,which initiates the development direction of stomatology education for undergraduates in the future.
