摘  要:通过对蒿柳扦插模式、树型养成的探索,开展春柞蚕“半龄式”和“全龄式”蒿柳养殖技术研究,调查并统计柞蚕幼虫保苗率、全龄经过时间和蚕茧产量。结果表明:0.5~2.0 cm直径的蒿柳进行直接扦插,成活率在98.0%以上;而用生根剂浸泡后扦插,成活率为100%。采用株距30 cm,墩距4 m,每墩3株,“W”型扦插,通过剪梢后的树型养成,能够显著增加枝条数量,提高柞蚕饲养效率。采用“半龄式”和“全龄式”蒿柳养殖能够显著提高柞蚕养殖过程中的幼虫保苗率,达60%以上,减少了劳动强度并增加蚕茧产量。In this study,different cuttage models and tree shapes of S.viminalis were explored to study the breeding technology of Antheraea pernyi fed with S.viminalis in“early larval instar”or“whole larval instar”in spring.The larval survival rate,larval instar duration and cocoons quantity were calculated through investigation.The results showed that the survival rate of S.viminalis with the diameter of 0.5-2.0 cm for propagation by cutting was above 98.0%.The shoots were soaked with rooting agents and the survival rate was 100%.The distance between two plants was 30 cm,the distance between two clusters was 4 m,and there were 3 plants in one cluster.The clusters were arranged in W-shape.The number of branches could increase significantly and the feeding efficiency of Antheraea pernyi could be improved by the tree shape formation after top clipping.The survival rate of larval during breeding increased significantly to above 60%by feeding with S.viminalis in“early larval instar”or“whole larval instar”.The labor intensity decreased and the cocoons quantity increased.
