摘　　要：目的分析国内外儿童脑卒中生活质量评估工具的特征、维度内容及划分依据,为筛选或制订适用于我国儿童脑卒中生活质量的评估工具提供依据。方法采用范围综述研究方法,检索PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、Cochrane Library、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、万方数据库、维普等多个数据库,筛选符合纳入标准的文献,提取文献中筛查工具的具体信息(工具名称、开发国家/机构、评估年龄、评分方式、维度数、条目数、维度名称及信度等)。结果最终纳入符合标准的文献23篇,包含9个卒中儿童生活质量评估工具。结论卒中儿童生活质量评估工具种类较多、总体信效度水平较高,但多为普适性工具,相关人员需根据工具特点综合选择评估工具。Objective To analyze the characteristics,dimensions,contents and basis of the domestic and foreign assessment tools for the quality of life among children with stroke,so as to provide references for screening or developing the appropriate assessment tools for the quality of life among children with stroke in China.Methods A scoping review was conducted.The databases of PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,Cochrane Library,CBM,CNKI,Wanfang,and Vip were searched to screen the articles which met the inclusion criteria.The specific information of the assessment tools,including name,development country/institution,age to be assessed,scoring method,number of dimensions,number of items,name of dimensions,reliability,etc.were extracted from the articles.Results Twenty-three articles which met the criteria were involved,including nine assessment tools for the quality of life among children with stroke.Conclusions There are diverse assessment tools for the quality of life among children with stroke,of which the overall reliability and validity are high.Most of the tools are general tools,so it is necessary to select assessment tools according to their comprehensive characteristics.
