摘 要:为提高水泥混凝土桥面防水层的性能,采用复合改性沥青、玻璃纤维、单粒径碎石等材料设计一种纤维增强型桥面防水层。通过正交试验设计、剪切试验与拉拔试验研究复合改性沥青类型、纤维用量、沥青喷涂量与碎石覆盖率对防水层剪切强度与拉拔强度的影响,确定本研究范围内的最优方案。结果表明,纤维增强型桥面防水层的最优方案是复合改性沥青(脱硫胶粉质量分数为18%、SBS质量分数为2%的复合改性70号沥青),纤维用量为0.15 kg/m^(2),沥青喷涂量为2.5 kg/m^(2),碎石覆盖率为80%;推荐方案的剪切强度、拉拔强度、抗施工损伤性能、抗渗性能均满足规范要求,且优于常用的SBS改性沥青碎石桥面防水层。In order to improve the performance of cement concrete bridge deck waterproofing layer,a fiber-reinforced bridge deck waterproofing layer was designed by use of composite modified bitumen,glass fiber,single grain crushed stone and other materials.Through orthogonal test design,shear test and pull-out test,the effect of composite modified asphalt type,fiber dosage,asphalt spraying quantity and gravel coverage on shear strength and pull strength were investigated,and the optimal solution of fiber-reinforced bridge deck waterproofing layer within the scope of this study was determined.It was found that the optimal technical parameters were:composite modified 70#base asphalt with a mass fraction of 18%desulfurized rubber powder and 2%SBS,fiber dosage was 0.15 kg/m^(2),asphalt spraying amount was 2.5 kg/m^(2),and gravel coverage was 80%.The shear strength,pull strength,construction damage resistance,impermeability of the optimal design scheme for bridge deck waterproofing layer all met the specification requirements,and better than those of commonly used SBS modified asphalt gravel bridge deck waterproofing layer.
