摘 要:为研究煤矸石取代率对浮石轻骨料混凝土力学性能的影响,测定矸石混合骨料混凝土的立方体抗压应力-应变全曲线及内部孔隙结构,分析煤矸石取代率对矸石混合骨料混凝土的抗压强度、应力-应变全曲线形状、特征参数和内部孔隙结构变化特征规律。随煤矸石取代率增加,矸石混合骨料混凝土立方体抗压强度呈先上升后下降的趋势,劈裂抗拉强度呈现下降趋势;指数函数关系式较高精度表述不同取代率与劈裂抗拉强度的关系;通过峰值应力、应变和弹性模量等力学参数确定最优取代率为60%;随着取代率增加,混凝土内部微小孔隙总体积占总孔隙体积增加,大、中孔隙体积占总孔隙体积减少,浮石和煤矸石本身材料性质具有使混凝土内部孔隙增多的缺点,而煤矸石和浮石混掺减少了内部孔隙,优化了孔隙结构。In order to study the effect of coal gangue replacement rate on the mechanical properties of pumice lightweight aggregate concrete,the cubic stress-strain curve and internal pore structure of gangue mixed aggregate concrete were measured.The stressstrain curve shape characteristic parameters and internal pore structure variation characteristics of gangue mixed aggregate concrete under compressive strength were analyzed.The results show that with the increase of gangue substitution rate,the cubic compressive strength of gangue mixed aggregate concrete increases first and then decreases,while the splitting tensile strength decreases.The exponential function can express the relationship between different substitution rates and splitting tensile strength with high precision;The optimal substitution rate was determined to be 60%by peak stress,strain and elastic modulus;With the increase of substitution rate,the proportion of micro pores in concrete increases,while the proportion of large and medium pores decreases.The material properties of pumice and coal gangue have the disadvantage of increasing the internal pores of concrete,while the mixture of coal gangue and pumice reduced the internal pores and optimized the pore structure.
