摘  要:为了研究不同再生剂对于老化沥青分子量分布的影响,文中以四种不同再生剂(CL-1、CL-2、XK、CA)为研究对象,采用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)试验方法,评价了四种再生剂再生沥青与老化沥青平均分子量分布情况,并进行了再生沥青重均分子量与常规性能指标相关性分析。结果表明,再生沥青重均分子量与针入度、延度、135℃黏度之间呈指数相关,与软化点之间呈线性相关。重均分子量越大,再生沥青针入度、延度越小,黏度、软化点越大,且重均分子量对常规指标影响排序为:延度>针入度>135℃黏度>软化点。In order to study the effect of different regenerators on the molecular weight distribution of aged bitumen,the average molecular weight distribution of recycled bitumen and aged bitumen of four recyclers was evaluated by gel permeation chromatography(GPC)test method,and the correlation between the average molecular weight of recycled asphalt and conventional performance indicators was analyzed.The results show that the average molecular weight of recycled asphalt is exponentially correlated with penetration degree,ductility and viscosity at 135℃,and linearly correlation with softening point.The larger the weight average molecular weight,the smaller the penetration and ductility of recycled asphalt,the greater the viscosity and softening point,and the influence of weight average molecular weight on conventional indicators is sorted as:ductility>penetration degree>135℃ viscosity>softening point.
