摘  要:文中通过单桩竖向抗压静载试验,检测某工程冲孔灌注桩承载力,发现试桩中某根桩不满足设计承载力的要求。为了验证桩身是否出现质量问题,采用钻芯法进行钻孔取样,结果表明,桩身完整性为I类,但桩端持力层未达到设计岩层,无法提供足够的支承能力。综合考虑各种影响因素后,采用桩底注浆的方法加固缺陷桩,经过单桩竖向抗压静载试验,验证其竖向承载力能够满足设计要求。After testing the bearing capacity of a punched cast-in-place pile in a certain project through a single pile vertical compressive static load test,it was found that one of the test piles did not meet the design bearing capacity requirements.In order to verify whether there are quality issues with the pile body,the core drilling method was used for drlling and sampling.The results showed that the integrity of the pile body was Class I,but the bearing stratum at the pile end did not reach the designed rock stratum and could not provide sufficient support capacity.After considering various influencing factors,the design unit adopted the method of grouting at the bottom of the pile to reinforce the defective pile.After grouting reinforcement,the vertical compressive static load test of a single pile verifies that the vertical bearing capacity can meet the design requirements.
