摘　　要：信息技术发展推动测绘技术的革新与进步,有利于建筑工程测绘作业向多维化、数字化和实时化方向发展。文中介绍了CORS技术、三维激光扫描技术的基本原理和应用要点,并以实际工程为例,详细阐述了以上两种测绘技术的具体应用方法及其可行性。The development of information technology promotes the innovation and progress of surveying and mapping technology,which is conducive to the multi-dimensional,digital,and real-time development of construction engineering surveying and mapping operations.The article introduces the basic application principles and key points of CORS technology and 3D laser scanning technology.Taking engineering as an example,it elaborates on the specific application methods of new surveying and mapping technologies,and explains the feasibility of the abovetwo technologies.
