摘  要:文中以柳州三江县宜阳大桥为研究对象,分析了桥梁正交异性板结构U肋内部空间存在的焊接缺陷问题,利用龙门焊接平台驱动连杆,让驱动内焊机器人能自由进入U肋内部,对两侧内焊角进行焊接工作,将原本的单面角焊缝优化成双面角焊缝形式,从而增加焊接面积,解决应力过于集中问题,加强力学性能和抗疲劳能力,将焊接变形工作控制在合理范围内,保证桥梁质量能够达到预期标准。Taking Yiyang Bridge in Sanjiang County of Liuzhou as the research object,the paper analyzes the welding defects existing in the internal space of U rib of the bridge's orthogonal profiled-plate structure.The gantry welding platform is used to drive the connecting rod,so that the driving internal welding robot can freely enter the U rib and smoothly weld the internal welding angles on both sides.The original single fillet weld is optimized into the form of double-sided fillet weld.In this way,the welding area can be increased,stress concentration can be solved,mechanical properties and fatigue resistance can be strengthened,welding deformation can be controlled within a reasonable range,and the quality of the bridge can meet the expected standards.
