摘  要:由于混凝土材料自身特性与外界环境等因素的影响,现浇混凝土箱梁普遍存在早期开裂现象,为控制箱梁顶板早期裂缝的形成,研究市政桥梁现浇混凝土箱梁预应力张拉施工技术尤为必要。实例结果表明,张拉应力值达到σk时,钢绞线的伸长量为117.24mm,与实际值误差为4%,内缩量为2.4mm,未超过3mm的限值,验证了该张拉施工技术的有效性。Due to the influence of concrete material characteristics and external environment and other factors,the early cracking phenomenon of cast-in-place concrete box girder is generally exists.In order to control the formation of early cracks in the roof of box girder,the prestressed tension construction technology of cast-in-place concrete box girder of municipal bridge is studied.The results show that when the tensile stress value reaches ok,the extension of the steel strand is 117.24mm,the error with the actual value is 4%,and the internal shrinkage is 2.4mm,which does not exceed the limit of 3mm,which verifies the effectiveness of the tensile construction technology.
