摘  要:文中分析了ALC墙板填充墙常见裂缝形式,对裂缝的产生机理及影响因素进行探讨,提出了针对性的裂缝防控措施。结果表明,ALC墙板填充墙常见裂缝形式有竖向裂缝、水平裂缝、斜裂缝、交叉裂缝(网状龟裂)以及组合裂缝五种,其通常由干燥收缩、环境变化及应力集中等原因造成,裂缝形成主要受到产品质量、ALC墙板含水率、施工质量、构造设计及其他因素的影响。在安装施工时,可从材料控制、ALC墙板含水率控制、施工质量控制、构造措施控制4个方面进行裂缝的防控。This article analyzes the common forms of cracks in ALC wall panel infill walls,explores the mechanism and influencing factors of cracks,and proposes targeted crack prevention and control measures.The results indicate that there are five common forms of cracks in ALC wall panel infill walls:vertical cracks,horizontal cracks,oblique cracks,intersecting cracks(network cracks),and combined cracks.These cracks are usually caused by factors such as dry shrinkage,environmental changes,and stress concentration.The formation of cracks is mainly influenced by product quality,ALC wall panel moisture content,construction quality,structural design,and other factors.During installation and construction,crack prevention and control can be carried out from four aspects:material control,ALC wall panel moisture content control,construction quality control,and structural measures control.
