摘　　要：文中以泉州市虺湖为例,提出生态治理和魅力激活两个方面的重要提升策略,探讨如何发挥复合功能类水域在生态、生产、生活的复合服务功能。Taking the example of the Hui lake in Quanzhou City,this paper puts forward an important promotion strategy from the aspects of ecological governance and charm activation,and discusses how to bring into play the compound service function of the water area with composite functions in ecology,production and life.
