摘　　要：为了降低装配式建筑吊装施工安全风险,文中构建了基于灰色聚类法的风险分析模型。首先通过文献分析构建了一个包含5个一级指标和16个二级指标的评价指标体系,然后运用层次分析法确定一级指标和二级指标的权重,最后采用灰色聚类法建立了装配式建筑吊装施工风险分析模型。通过实例分析,验证了该模型在实际应用中的可参考性。In order to scientifically reduce the safety risk of assembly building hoisting construction,this paper constructs a risk analysis model based on grey clustering method.In this paper,firstly,an evaluation index system including 5 first-class indicators and 16 secondclass indicators is constructed through literature analysis,then the weights of the first-class indicators and the second-class indicators are determined by analytic hierarchy process,and finally a risk analysis model of assembly building hoisting construction is established by grey clustering method.Through an example analysis,the reference of the model in practical application is verified.
