摘　　要：目的为互联网医院药学服务建设提供参考。方法介绍中山大学附属第三医院互联网医院药学服务建设设想与实践。2020年3月起,医院药学部通过互联网医院平台为患者提供药学服务,规划相关版块6个,已开展项目包括线上复诊续方与在线审方、线上药学门诊、腹膜透析液智能化配送服务、区域联盟药学服务专栏等,拟开展项目包括饮片流转、互联网医院临床数据平台等。统计应用平台的科室、医师、药师数量及服务患者数等。结果平台运行近30个月,上线复诊续方业务科室69个,医师735名,月均处方数近8500张;在线审方团队药师40名,日均审核处方约350张;药学部微信公众号关注人数超8800人,药学门诊共接待患者1420例次,药学专栏服务覆盖40家合作体单位。结论互联网医院药学服务为慢性病患者用药提供了方便,为药师高质量发展创造了平台,且给医院药学部门和药品配送企业带来了发展机遇。Objective To provide a reference for the construction of pharmaceutical care of Internet hospitals.Methods The assumption and practice of pharmaceutical care construction of a Internet hospital were introduced.The Department of Pharmacy in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-Sen University provided pharmaceutical care for patients through the Internet hospital platform since March 2020.Six related modes were designed.The projects that had been carried out included online further consultation and prescription renewal,online prescription review,online pharmaceutical outpatient,intelligent delivery of peritoneal dialysate,regional-alliance pharmaceutical care column and so on.The projects to be carried out included decoction piece circulation,Internet hospital clinical data platform and so on.The numbers of departments,physicians and pharmacists involved in the application of platform were recorded,as well as the number of patients receiving service.Results The platform has been running for nearly 30 months,and 69 online departments responsible for further consultation and prescription renewal were constructed,involving 735 physicians,prescibing nearly 8500 prescriptions each month.There were 40 pharmacists in the online review team,reviewing approximately 350 prescriptions each day.Followers of the WeChat official account of the Department of Pharmacy were more than 8800 persons,the online pharmaceutical outpatient had served 1420 cases,and the pharmaceutical care column covered 40 cooperative units.Conclusion The pharmaceutical care of Internet hospital provide convenience for patients with chronic disease to use drugs,create a platform of high-quality development for pharmacists,and bring development opportunities for Department of Pharmacy in hospitals and drug delivery enterprises.
