摘　　要：目的为医疗机构静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)合理应对突发公共卫生事件提供参考。方法某院PIVAS通过建立并完善人员体系、环境卫生管理体系、药品物资保障体系、信息保障体系等相关制度与措施,保障PIVAS工作有序运行,保证临床输液质量与安全,降低临床静脉用药调配压力。结果与结论该院PIVAS摒弃传统的被动式应急管理模式,转而构建了以预防为主、攻防兼备、着眼未来的现代化突发公共卫生事件应急管理体系,提高了其预防应急响应能力和医疗救治能力。Objective To provide a reference for Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service(PIVAS)in medical institutions to reasonably respond to public health emergencies.Methods In order to ensure the orderly operation of PIVAS,the quality and safety of clinical infusion and reduce the pressure of intravenous drug dispensing in the clinic,the PIVAS in a hospital established and improved the personnel system,environmental health management system,drug and material support system,information support system and other relevant systems and measures.Results and Conclusion Instead of establishing a traditional passive emergency management mode,the PIVAS in the hospital establishes a modern emergency management system for public health emergencies with the prevention as the first,combination of attack and prevention and focus on the future,which improves abilities of prevention,emergency response and medical treatment.
