千金藤素药理作用及制剂研究进展

摘　　要：目的为千金藤素的进一步研究提供参考。方法检索中国知网、PubMed数据库,检索时限为自2002年1月起至2022年12月,总结千金藤素药理作用和制剂研究的最新进展。结果千金藤素为生物碱类化合物,具有抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗病毒等多种药理活性,可改善肿瘤患者行放射治疗、化学药物治疗后的白细胞计数。目前,上市剂型有片剂和注射剂,在研剂型有混悬剂、滴丸、吸入制剂等。结论千金藤素当前仅有普通片剂和注射剂2种剂型,而我国市售剂型仅有普通片剂,研究其新剂型可促进用药的有效性和灵活性。但其抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗病毒作用机制尚待明晰,药理作用方面的基础研究和临床研究需进一步深化。Objective To provide a reference for the further study of cepharanthine.Methods The related studies in the CNKI and PubMed databases from January 2002 to December 2022 were searched to summarize the latest progress on the pharmacological effects and preparation research of cepharanthine.Results Cepharanthine is an alkaloid compound,which has anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,anti-viral and other pharmacological activities.It can improve the white blood cell count of tumor patients after radiotherapy and chemotherapy.At present,tablets and injections have been marketed,while suspensions,drop pills and inhalations are in the research.Conclusion At present,there are only tablets and injections of cepharanthine,while only ordinary tablets are available on the market in China.Research on the new dosage forms of cepharanthine can promote the effectiveness and flexibility of drug use.However,the anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory and anti-viral mechanism of cepharanthine still need to be clarified,basic and clinical researches on pharmacological effect need to be further carried out.
