电针内关穴、公孙穴对功能性消化不良模型大鼠脾脏指数及胸腺指数的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察电针内关穴、公孙穴对功能性消化不良(Functional Dyspepsia,FD)模型大鼠脾脏指数、胸腺指数的影响,以探讨电针内关穴、公孙穴治疗FD可能的作用机制。方法:采用随机数字表法将40只SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、双穴组、西药组4组,每组10只。除空白组正常饲养外,其余三组均采用复合病因造模法(慢性束缚应激+过度疲劳+饮食失节+夹尾+摇晃)造模21天,造模成功后,三组每天同时进行捆绑束缚30 min,模型组、双穴组均予以灌服等量氯化钠溶液,双穴组再加以电针内关穴、公孙穴治疗30 min,西药组灌服等量黛力新溶液和莫沙必利溶液,每天1次,干预21天后检测各组大鼠胃残留率、脾脏指数、胸腺指数。结果:与空白组相比,模型组大鼠的胃残留率升高(P<0.01),脾脏指数、胸腺指数均降低(P<0.05);与模型组相比较,双穴组、西药组两组大鼠的胃残留率明显下降(P<0.01),双穴组大鼠脾脏指数、胸腺指数均上升(P<0.05),西药组大鼠脾脏指数、胸腺指数无明显差异(P>0.05);与西药组相比,双穴组大鼠胃残留率无明显差异(P>0.05),双穴组大鼠脾脏指数、胸腺指数均升高(P<0.05)。结论:电针内关穴、公孙穴可以改善FD大鼠胃肠动力障碍,其机制可能与电针内关穴、公孙穴能升高FD大鼠的脾脏指数、胸腺指数,增强机体免疫功能有关。Objective:To observe the effects of electroacupuncture at Neiguan(内关)(PC6)and Gongsun(公孙)(SP4)acupoints on spleen index and thymus index of functional dyspepsia(FD)model rats and to explore the possible mechanism of electroacupuncture at Neiguan and Gongsun acupoints in the treatment of FD.Methods:A total of 40 SD rats were randomly divided into four groups:blank group,model group,double acupoints group and Western medicine group,with 10 rats in each group.Except for normal feeding in the blank group,the other three groups were all subjected to the compound etiological modeling method(chronic restraint stress+excessive fatigue+eating disorder+tail clamping+shaking)for 21 days.After the successful modeling,the three groups were bound for 30 minutes at the same time every day.The model group and double acupoints group were perfused with the same amount of sodium chloride solution,and the double acupoints group was treated with electroacupuncture at Neiguan and Gongsun acupoints for 30 minutes,the Western medicine group was given the same amount of Deanxit solution and Mosapride solution once a day.After 21 days of intervention,the gastricresidue rate,spleen index and thymus index of rats in each group were measured.Results:Compared with the blank group,the gastric residue rate in the model group was increased(P<0.01),and the spleen index and thymus index were decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the gastric residual rate of rats in the double acupoints group and the Western medicine group decreased significantly(P<0.01),the spleen index and thymus index of rats in the double acupoints group were increased(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the spleen index and thymus index of rats in the Western medicine group(P>0.05).Compared with the Western medicine group,there was no significant difference in the gastric residue rate of rats in the double acupoint group(P>0.05),and the spleen index and thymus index of rats in the double acupoint group were increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electroa
