“七情配伍”论桂枝

摘　　要：桂枝味辛甘,性温和,有发汗解肌、调和营卫、温通经脉、温阳助气、平冲降逆、利肝肺两气之功效。《伤寒杂病论》所载323首方剂中用桂枝配伍的高达77首,其中《伤寒论》中37首,频次之高可显其重要性。既言桂枝“配伍”,就不可不提“七情”理论。“七情”配伍,包括单行、相须、相使、相畏、相杀、相恶、相反七种配伍方式。用“七情”之理回看《伤寒论》中关于桂枝的记载,发现桂枝药性柔和,不归属毒性之品,张机(字仲景)用桂枝配伍多为相须相使之类。且“七情”配伍多以“药对”形式出现,如同类相须配伍之“桂枝-麻黄”药对、“桂枝-附子”药对;相使相成中寒热并用的“桂枝-石膏”药对、散收相配的“桂枝-芍药”药对、阴阳同补的“桂枝-地黄”药对、润燥并用的“桂枝-胶饴”药对、动静相宜的“桂枝-知母”药对和“桂枝-阿胶”药对。药理研究发现,桂枝水煎剂中的成分具有很好的解热、镇痛、抗炎、扩张血管等作用,当临床遇其适应证时,单味药物已有很好疗效,但当桂枝与其他药物组成药对时,两者药物偏性又产生不同程度的变化,适应证也更加广泛。临床上桂枝药对常用于心脑血管疾病、妇科疾病、消化系统疾病、关节病、皮肤病等。文章就七情理论对临床常用桂枝药对进行概述。Guizhi(Ramulus cinnamomi)is sweet in taste and mild in property.It has the effects of sweating and relieving muscles,harmonizing Ying(营)and Wei(卫),warming the meridians,warming Yang(阳)and promoting Qi(气)movement,calming the flush and reducing stress,and benefiting the liver and lung.Among the 323 prescriptions in Shanghan Zabing Lun(《伤寒杂病论》),77 prescriptions include Guizhi,including 37 in Shanghan Lun(《伤寒论》).The high frequency shows its importance.In terms of compatibility of Guizhi,it is necessary to mention the theory of“seven emotions”.The compatibility of“seven emotions”includes seven compatibility modes:used singly,mutual promotion,mutual enhancement,incompatibility,counteract toxicity of another drug,mutual inhibition and clashing antagonism.Analyzing the records of Guizhi in Shanghan Lun based on the theory of“seven emotions”,it is found that Guizhi is gender in property and does not belong to toxic products.In most of the cases,Guizhi used by ZHANG Ji is for mutual promotion and mutual enhancement.And the compatibility of“seven emotions”is mostly in the form of“drug pairs”,like the“GuizhiMahuang(ephedra)”drug pair and“Guizhi-Fuzi(Aconite)”drug pair are for mutual promotion.The“Guizhi-Shigao(gypsum)”drug pair,which combines cold and heat,is for mutual enhancement.The“Guizhi-Shaoyao(peony)”drug pair is of compatibility of scattering and collecting.The“Guizhi-Dihuang(Rehmannia)”drug pair is for tonifying both Yin(阴)and Yang.The“Guizhi-Jiaoyi(malt sugar)”drug pair is in combination of moistening and drying.The“Guizhi-Zhimu(Anemarrhena)”drug pair is suitable for dynamic and static conditions.Pharmacological studies have found that the components in Guizhi decoction(桂枝水煎剂)have good antipyretic,analgesic,antiinflammatory and vasodilating effects.When it meets its clinical indications,the single drug has a good effect,but when it is paired with other drugs,the drug bias of the two drugs changes to different degrees,and the
