摘 要:作为井下驱动装置,水力涡轮单级叶片排列紧密、耐受温度明显高于有机材料部件,但是外径偏大,无法满足小空间驱动的要求。设计了小尺寸涡轮的基本结构,应用Fluent软件,对基本型小尺寸涡轮流动情况进行了数值模拟;选取叶片关键参数,即,前楔角、后楔角、前缘半径、后缘半径和叶高等进行了正交优化研究,得到涡轮叶片优化结构参数为:前楔角15°、后楔角15°、前缘半径1 mm、后缘半径0.3 mm、叶片高度9 mm。对优化结构的涡轮水力特性进行数值模拟,优化结构涡轮的输出转矩为1.245 N·m,较基本型提升5.8%;水力效率为80.2%,较基本型提升2.4%。研究结果可为小尺寸水力涡轮的开发设计提供参考。As downhole drives,hydro turbine single-stage blades are tightly aligned and significantly more temperature resistant than organic components,but often have large external diameters and cannot meet the requirements of the small downhole space.A basic small-size turbine was designed,and a numerical simulation of the flow in the basic small-size turbine was carried out with Fluent software.The orthogonal optimization research was made on the key parameters of the front wedge angle,rear wedge angle,leading-edge radius,trailing edge radius,and blade height of the basic turbine blade.The recommended structural parameters of the turbine blade are:front wedge angle equals 15 °,rear wedge angle equals 15°,leading-edge radius equals 1mm,trailing edge radius equals 0.3 mm and blade height equals 9 mm.The hydraulic characteristics of the turbine with an optimized structure were also obtained by numerical simulation.And it is found that the output torque of the turbine with optimized structure is 1.245 N·m,which is about 5.8% higher than that of the basic turbine.The hydraulic efficiency is 80.2%,about 2.4% higher than the basic model.The research results provide a reference for the development and design of small-sized hydraulic turbines.
