套变分注井小直径可丢可钻封隔器设计及试验

摘　　要：随着吉林油田开发时间的延长,偏/同心分注井因套管变形、井筒结垢缩径造成卡井,由此大修井作业占比43%。外径114 mm的Y341型封隔器因其外径及解封机理的限制,无法满足套变井分层注水工艺的要求。设计了一种Y341型小直径可丢可钻封隔器,合理布局、严格选材,在保证内通径及性能指标的情况下最大外径缩小至102 mm,能够满足油田大部分套变井分注管柱下入通过要求;可丢手设计,上提遇阻工况能避免强拔而造成井筒情况复杂化;可钻除设计,通过小修钻捞一体工艺钻除、打捞,解决分注井运行一段时间后出现卡井问题。室内试验表明:研发的封隔器耐压差20 MPa、耐温120℃,达到设计要求。吉46-014井应用中,密封有效期2.5 a,安全丢手与可钻除设计工作性能可靠稳定,在套变分注井中具有良好的应用情景。With the extension of development time,the eccentric/concentric layered injection wells in Jilin Oilfield accounting for 43%have been overhauled in Jilin oilfield,due to casing deformation or diameter shrinkage caused by wellbore scaling.The 114 mm outer-diameter Y341 packer cannot meet the requirements of casing deformation layered water injection technology due to the limitation of its outer diameter and packoff mechanism.The Y341 small-diameter drillable packer was designed with a reasonable layout and strict material selection to reduce the maximum outer diameter to 102 mm while maintaining the internal diameter and performance index,which can meet the requirements of most of the oilfield’s variable well injection column downstream,and the requirements of layered water injection string running through the casing layer for casing deformation well in the oilfield.The releasing structure design can avoid the complication of the shaft condition caused by strong pulling to the stuck well condition.The drillable structure design,through minor repair operations by drilling and fishing,can solve the problem of sticking after a period of operation of separate injection wells.The indoor test shows that the developed packer has a pressure difference of 20 MPa and a temperature resistance of 120℃,which meet the design requirements.In the application of Well J46-014,the seal validity period can reach 2.5 years,and the safety releasing and drillable design work performance is reliable and stable.The developed packer has a good application scenario in casing deformation layered water injection well.
