摘　　要：针对现有的DMS可溶球座性能测试装置存在坐封力测量不准确,承压试验和溶解试验测试技术落后,精度较低,缺乏动态监测技术的现状,研制了DMS可溶球座性能测试一体化试验装置。对DMS可溶球座性能测试一体化试验装置的结构、工作原理和性能进行介绍。该装置模拟钻井现场工况,配套测量控制系统,实现可溶球座坐封试验、承压试验、溶解试验自动化检测,整体提升了坐封力测量精度及系统测试自动化水平,实现了试验过程动态监测。可为可溶球座产品设计研究提供先进、可靠的试验手段,同时为DMS可溶球座油田现场施工使用提供科学可靠的工艺参数。In view of the existing DMS soluble ball seat performance testing devices,there are inaccurate seating force measurements,poor pressure,and dissolution testing methods,low accuracy,and a lack of dynamic monitoring tools,the DMS soluble ball seat performance testing integrated test device was developed.The structure,working principle,and performance of the integrated test device for the performance test of the DMS soluble ball seat were introduced.The device was designed to simulate the process of drilling field conditions and is equipped with a measurement and control system,which realizes the automatic testing of three tests:seating test,pressure test,and dissolution test.It can provide advanced and reliable testing means for the renewal of soluble ball seat product design,and provide scientific and reliable process parameters for the use of DMS soluble ball seats in oilfield construction.
