摘　　要：壳聚糖是一种无味、无臭、带有活泼羟基与氨基的线型聚电解质,由天然聚多糖甲壳素去乙酰化制备而成,可分为天然和半合成水凝胶。调节其组分和浓度,可提高成胶性能。壳聚糖基水凝胶具有价格低廉、稳定性好、良好的吸附性、可生物降解性、环境友好等特点被广泛用于环境治理、医疗卫生、农业及食品包装等领域。本综述重点介绍了壳聚糖基水凝胶的制备方法及其应用,并对其应用前景进行总结和展望。Chitosan is a kind of tasteless,odorless,linear polyelectrolyte with active hydroxyl and amino groups.It is prepared by deacetylation of natural polypolysaccharide chitin and can be divided into natural and semi-synthetic hydrogels.The gelling performance can be improved by adjusting its composition and concentration.Chitosan-based hydrogels are widely used in environmental governance,medical care,agriculture and food packaging,due to their low price,good stability,good adsorbability,biodegradability and environmental friendliness.This review focuses on the preparation and application of chitosan-based hydrogels,and summarizes and looks forward to their application prospects.
