摘　　要：中国渤海海域油气资源储量丰富,但部分处于受限区,传统导管架平台开发模式无法适用。基于此,创新性提出了采用浅水水下生产系统开发模式盘活受限区油气储量。针对渤海特殊环境条件,分析了浅水水下生产系统较深水的差异及技术难点;基于渤海军事受限区和通航受限区的环境特点,分别提出了“泥面以上水下生产系统+保护装置+警示浮标”及“泥面以下钢圆筒水下生产系统”两种浅水水下生产系统开发模式,详细阐述了其所涉及的紧凑型设计与集成、水下异地控制、水下冗余通信、水下全防护设计以及基于潜水员模式的水下安装等关键技术;总结了浅水水下生产系统关键装备国产化研制现状及其技术特征;从促进浅水水下生产系统发展的角度,对浅水水下生产系统总体布局及国产化装备研制提出了建议。The Bohai sea area in China is rich in oil and gas resources.However,traditional jacket platform can not meet the development requirements of restricted areas.In the present study,a shallow water subsea production system is innovatively proposed to activate the oil and gas reserves in restricted areas.On the basis of special environmental conditions in Bohai sea,the technical differences from deep-water subsea production system and difficulties regarding the development mode of shallow water subsea production system are firstly analyzed.Afterwards,according to the environment characteristics in Bohai military and navigation restricted areas,two different development modes of shallow water subsea production system,namely“subsea production system above mud line+protection equipments+isolated danger marks”and“subsea production system in steel cylinder under mud line”are introduced,and the key technologies involved such as compact design and integration,subsea remote control,subsea redundant communication,subsea full protection design,and subsea installation based on diver mode are elaborately expounded.Finally,the current development status and the technical characteristics of key localized equipments of shallow water subsea production system are summarized,and from the perspective of promoting the development of shallow water subsea production system,suggestions on the overall layout of the shallow water subsea production system and the development of localized equipments are proposed.
