摘 要:针对甲醛气候箱传统控制方法存在的运行功耗大、使用成本高的问题,结合露点水塔控湿法的原理,提出了一种间歇比例调节的控温控湿方法。通过计算实时温湿度值与设定值之间的差值,再依据该差值与比例阈值之间的关系,启用不同比例的温度控制系统,且每次温控循环不超过3 min。系统既能保证准确性和稳定性,又能大大减少常用系统的运行功耗。通过合理的硬件结构和软件设计,开发了完整的气候箱控制系统。实际应用结果表明,该系统既达到了精准、快速的控制和节能的目的,又节省了经济成本。For the problem of the formaldehyde climate chamber traditional control method of high operating power consumption,high cost of use,combined with the principle of dew point water tower humidity control method,an intermittent proportional regulation of temperature and humidity control method is proposed.By calculating the difference between the real-time temperature and humidity value and the set value,and based on the relationship between the difference and the proportional threshold,the temperature control system with different ratios is enabled,and each temperature control cycle does not exceed 3 min.The system can not only ensure the accuracy and stability,but also greatly reduce the common system operating power consumption.Through reasonable hardware structure and software design,a complete climate chamber control system is developed.The actual application results show that the system achieves both accurate and fast control and energy saving and economic costs saving.
