摘 要:针对母管制多除氧器并列运行时,因除氧器水位多输入多输出、强耦合性的特点导致除氧器水位长期无法投入自动的问题,设计了一种全新的母管制多除氧器并列运行的水位控制方法。阐述了该方法的设计思路及实现方式,给出了逻辑设计图。根据机组运行常见工况,进行了实际最高水位高于设定水位、所有实际水位小于设定水位以及水位设定值阶跃扰动三类试验,全面考验了除氧器水位的控制效果。试验结果表明:在机组各种运行工况下除氧器水位自动长期投入。试验结果充分验证了该控制方法具有较高的灵活性和较强的适应性。该控制方法成功应用于某四台50 MW级抽汽背压式供热燃煤机组,能够为同类型多除氧器并列运行的机组提供参考。Aiming at the problem that the deaerator water level cannot be put into automatic for a long time due to the characteristics of multiple inputs and multiple outputs and strong coupling of deaerator water level when multiple deaerators are operated in parallel by the master control,a new water level control method for parallel operation of multiple deaerators in master control is designed.The design idea and implementation of the method are explained,and the logic design diagram is given.According to the common operating conditions of the unit,three types of tests are conducted to test the control effect of deaerator water level comprehensively,with the actual maximum water level higher than the set level,all actual water levels less than the set level and the step disturbance of the water level set value.The test results show that the deaerator water level is automatically put in for a long time under various operating conditions of the unit.The test results fully verify that the control method has high flexibility and strong adaptability.The control method is successfully applied to four 50 MW class pumping back pressure coal-fired unit,which can provide a reference for the same type of units with multiple deaerators operating in parallel.
