摘 要:为了提高充电桩计量检定系统的功能,设计了一套面向充电桩实验室应用的计量检定系统。通过传感器实现电流数据信息的输入,将采集到的大电流数据信息转换为小电流数据信息,以满足其他装置工作需要。通过BF533主板,实现电流数据信息的采集与计算。通过ADSP-BF533处理器,对充电桩的数据信息进行处理。采用Blackfin系列的计算芯片,实现所采集数据信息的计算与处理。通过液晶显示屏(LCD)实现数据显示。设计了直流测试单元的差分采样电路,实现了大功率高噪声环境下共模干扰的抑制。直流测试单元中使用了24 V直流固态继电器,通过ADSP-BF533处理器采集、计算充电桩数据信息,通过16位嵌入式处理器实现电能量计算。设计了差分电路和直流电源,进而实现检定系统的计量。试验结果表明,该系统计量误差在0.01%左右。To improve the function of the charging pile metrology verification system,a metrology verification system for charging pile laboratory application is designed.The input of current data information is realized through the current sensor,and the collected large current data information is converted into small current data information to meet the need of the work of other devices.Through the BF533 motherboard to achieve the current data information collection and calculation.Through the ADSP-BF533 processor to process the charging pile data information.The Blackfin series of computing chips is used to achieve the calculation and processing of the collected data information.The data display is realized by liquid crystal display(LCD).The differential sampling circuit of the direct current test unit is also designed to realize the suppression of common mode interference under high power and high noise environment.The 24 V direct current solid state relay is used in the direct current test unit,and the charging pile data information is collected and calculated by the ADSP-BF533 processor,and the electric energy calculation is realized by the 16-bit embedded processor.The differential circuit and direct current power supply are designed,and then the metering of the verification system is realized.The test results show that the metering error of this system is around 0.01%.
