摘  要:纯氢运输成本高是阻碍电制氢消纳可再生能源技术发展的因素之一。采用混氢天然气(HCNG)技术,将氢气直接掺入天然气管道运输,能有效降低运输成本。针对管道掺氢时掺氢比控制问题和制氢设备容量配置问题,建立了风电-氢能-HCNG耦合网络。在分析电解槽单体过载效率特性基础上,对多电解槽模块化集成的电制氢系统运行特性进行分析,进一步提出多电解槽双层轮值协调运行策略。以系统收益最大为目标,考虑系统中功率、氢气平衡及各设备运行约束,建立了能够满足掺氢需求的氢能系统容量配置模型,并采用MATLAB调用CPLEX进行求解。通过算例分析和比较验证了管道掺氢在长距离输氢中的经济性及可行性,基于电解槽运行特性的双层轮值策略能够均衡电解槽运行时长、降低容量配置需求、减小投资成本。The high cost of transporting pure hydrogen is one of the factors hindering the development of renewable energy accommodation technology through power to hydrogen.The direct injection of hydrogen into the natural gas pipeline by using hydrogen enriched compressed natural gas(HCNG)technology can effectively reduce the transportation costs.Aiming at the control of hydrogen mix ratio and the capacity configuration of hydrogen production equipment while hydrogen is injected into pipelines,a wind-hydrogen-HCNG coupled network is established.Based on analyzing the overload efficiency characteristics of the electrolyzer monomer,the operation characteristics of the power to hydrogen system with modular integration of multiple electrolyzers are analyzed,and the coordinated operation strategy of double-layer rotation of multiple electrolyzers is further proposed.With the objective of maximizing system revenue and considering the constraints of the power-hydrogen balance and operation of each equipment,a capacity configuration model of hydrogen energy system that can meet the demand for hydrogen mix is established,and CPLEX in MATLAB is used for solution.The economy and feasibility of pipeline hydrogen mix in the long-distance hydrogen transportation are verified through case analysis and comparison.The double-layer rotation strategy based on the operation characteristics of the electrolyzer can balance the running time of the electrolyzer,and reduce the capacity configuration demand and the investment cost.
