摘 要:在电力现货市场背景下,抽水蓄能电站面临如何运行以满足高比例新能源电力系统要求的挑战。为此,提出抽水蓄能电站保留容量电费、以价格接受者身份不报量不报价的市场化运行机制。基于该运行机制,进一步提出了考虑抽水蓄能电站内嵌于日前市场优化出清模型的改进模型。通过算例分析,论证了所提抽水蓄能电站市场化运行机制和优化出清模型的合理性与可行性,并且分析结果也表明所提机制可解决部分抽水蓄能电站运行不合理的问题。Under the background of the electricity spot market,the pumped storage power stations are facing the challenges of how to operate to meet the demand of power systems with high-proportion renewable energy.To this end,this paper proposes the marketization operation mechanism that the capacity tariff of pumped storage power stations is preserved,and the pumped storage power stations act as the price recipients without price and capacity offer.Based on the above operation mechanism,the optimal clearing model of day-ahead markets embedding the participation of pumped storage power stations is further proposed.The rationality and feasibility of the proposed marketization operation mechanism and optimal clearing model of the pumped storage power stations are demonstrated by case study.The analysis results show that the proposed mechanism can solve the unreasonable operation problems of some pumped storage power stations.
