基于气机升降理论探讨健脾化痰法在结直肠癌治疗中的应用

摘　　要：通过验案1则探讨健脾化痰法在结直肠癌(colorectal cancer,CRC)治疗中的应用,指出CRC主要病机是本虚标实,下焦气机失常,实邪积聚,而健脾化痰法可调气机、健脾气、除痰实,其主要代表方为参苓白术散和六君子汤。The paper discusses the application of invigorating-spleen and resolving-phlegm method in the treatment of colorectal cancer(CRC)by one proven case,the main pathogenesis of CRC is deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality,disorder of Qi movement in lower energizer,resulting in the accumulation of excess evil,the method could regulate Qi movement,invigorate splenic Qi and remove the phlegm,and its principal representative prescriptions are Shenling Baizhu powder and Liujunzi Tang.
