循经推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后皮节区残余痛麻疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察循经推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后皮节区残余痛麻的临床效果。方法:将腰椎间盘突出症孔镜手术后皮节区残余痛麻患者80例使用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组采取常规康复锻炼,观察组在对照组基础上采用足太阳膀胱经循经推拿,术后第0天、7天、10天、15天、30天分别应用视觉模拟评分法(visual analog scale,VAS)、尼龙绳实验评分法和Oswestry功能障碍指数(Oswestry disability index,ODI)评价皮节区残余痛麻情况和腰椎功能情况。结果:两组患者VAS评分和ODI评分均呈下降趋势,尼龙绳实验评分均呈上升趋势;术后第7、10、15、30天观察组患者腰椎功能恢复优于对照组,VAS评分和术后皮节区残余麻木程度低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:循经推拿可以缓解腰椎间盘突出症患者术后皮节区残余痛麻症状,改善患者腰椎功能。Objective:To observe clinical effects of massage along the meridian in the treatment of residual pain and numbness in the cutaneous area after the operation of lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:Eighty patients with residual pain and numbness in the cutaneous area after intervertebral foramen therapy for LDH were separated into the control group and the observation group using random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group adopted regular rehabilitation exercise,and the observation group massage along Taiyang bladder meridian of foot on the foundation of the therapy the control group accepted.To assess residual pain and numbness in the cutaneous area and lumbar function using VAS,Nylon rope experimental scoring method and ODI on the zero,seventh,tenth,fifteenth and thirtieth day after the operation.Results:VAS and ODI scores of both groups showed the downward trend,while Nylon rope experimental scoring method presented the upward trend;the observation group was better than the control group in lumbar function on the seventh,tenth,fifteenth and thirtieth day after the operation,lower than the control group in VAS scores and residual numbness in the cutaneous area after the surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion:Massage along the meridian could relieve residual pain and numbness in the cutaneous area after LDH,and improve lumbar function.
