摘　　要：目的:饮食指导视频宣教对行血液透析治疗的糖尿病肾病尿毒症患者自我管理能力评分及预后(营养指标、生命质量评分)的影响效果。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年2月于本院行血液透析治疗的60例糖尿病肾病尿毒症患者,依据患者选择的护理方案分为两组各30例。对照组实施传统护理,观察组实施饮食指导视频宣教。分别在护理前、护理3个月后采用自我管理能力评价量表、慢性病患者生命质量测定量表中的共性模块对自我管理能力评分、生命质量评分进行测定,采集空腹静脉血测定营养指标,并对以上观察指标进行对比。结果:观察组护理后的自我管理能力评分、生命质量评分、营养指标高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:饮食指导视频宣教有助于提高行血液透析治疗的糖尿病肾病尿毒症患者自我管理能力、改善机体营养状态以及生命质量,值得应用。Objective:To investigate the effect of dietary guidance video education on self-management ability scores and prognosis(nutrition indicators,quality of life scores)of diabetic nephropathy-uremic patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment.Methods:A total of 60 patients with diabetic nephropathy and uremia who underwent hemodialysis in our hospital from January 2019 to February 2020 were selected and divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group according to the nursing plan selected by the patients.The control group was given traditional nursing,and the observation group was given diet instruction video education.Before nursing and after 3 months of nursing,the self-management ability score and the quality of life score were measured by the self-management ability evaluation scale and the common module in the chronic disease patient's quality of life measurement scale,and the fasting venous blood was collected to determine the nutritional indicators.Compare the above observations.Results:The scores of self-management ability,quality of life and nutritional indexes in the observation group after nursing were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The video education of dietary guidance can help improve the self-management ability,nutritional status and quality of life of diabetic nephropathy patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment,and it is worthy of application.
