摘  要:以无水氯化铝和无水氯化锌为铝源和锌源,以无水氯化铬为掺杂剂,采用非水解溶胶-凝胶法于850℃低温制备了铬铝锌红色色料。运用XRD、TEM、色度测试等表征手段,研究了氧供体种类、前驱体浓度和铬离子掺杂量等因素对非水解溶胶-凝胶法制备铬铝锌红色色料的影响规律。研究结果表明:优选乙醇为氧供体、前驱体浓度为1.5 mol/L、铬离子掺杂量x=0.2(Zn(Cr_xAl_(1-x))_(2)O_(4))时,制备的色料相对最优,其粒径为30~50 nm,分散性好,色度值为L~*=52.62,a=17.64,b=4.39,呈亮红色。Chrome-aluminum-zinc red pigment was synthesized at a low temperature of 850℃via nonhydrolytic sol-gel method,taking anhydrous aluminum chloride and anhydrous zinc chloride as aluminum and zinc sources,and anhydrous chromium chloride as dopant raw material,respectively.The effects of oxygen donor species,precursors concentration and chromium ions doping content on nonhydrolytic sol-gel synthesis of chrome-aluminum-zinc red pigment were investigated by means of XRD,TEM and colorimeter.The results show that when ethanol is selected as the oxygen donor,the concentration of precursor is 1.5 mol/l,and the doping content of chromium ions is x=0.2(Zn(Cr_xAl_(1-x))_(2)O_(4)),the prepared pigment is optimized.The particle size of the optimal pigment is 30-50nm with excellent dispersion.Its chromaticity values are L~*=52.62,a=17.64 and b=4.39,respectively,displaying the color of bright red.
