摘  要:阻尼隔振器安装于核磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)系统与基础之间,支撑核磁共振成像系统,同时隔离外部激励对核磁共振成像的干扰。阻尼隔振器由金属部件与阻尼材料组成。研究了不同无机填料对阻尼材料的影响,确定云母粉5份和石墨5份共同作为阻尼材料的无机填料。研究了树脂填料对阻尼材料的影响,确定树脂A12份作为阻尼材料的树脂填料。针对阻尼材料进行高温稳定性测试,确认满足要求。研究了阻尼隔振器性能,确定阻尼材料用量为230 g。The damping isolator is installed between the magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) system and the foundation to support the MRI system while isolating the interference of external excitation to the MRI.The damping isolator is composed of metal parts and damping materials.The effects of different inorganic fillers on damping materials were studied,and five parts of mica powder,and five parts of graphite were determined as inorganic fillers for damping materials.The effects of resin filler on damping material were studied,and 12 parts of resin A were determined as the resin filler for damping material.The high-temperature stability test of damping material is carried out to confirm that it meets the requirements.The performance of the damping isolator is studied and 230 g of damping material is determined.
