摘　　要：选择与天然工质制冷剂R290相溶性良好的矿物型润滑油基础油,通过对抗氧剂、抗磨剂和抗泡剂等功能添加剂的筛选,确定了添加剂配方体系,并对制冷剂与冷冻机油混合物进行物性表征,研制出了具有较好的氧化安定性、润滑性和低温性的新型矿物型冷冻机油,此机油各项理化性能指标与进口酯类合成冷冻机油指标相当,并且通过了国内某压缩机厂的压缩机台架评定试验,可以满足R290制冷剂配套商用制冷压缩机的工况要求。By selecting mineral base oils with good compatibility with natural refrigerant R290 and screening the functional additives such as antioxidants,anti-wear agents and anti-foaming agents,the additive formulation system was deter-mined and the physical properties of the mixture of refrigerant and refrigeration oil were characterized.Then,a new type of mineral refrigeration oil with good oxidation stability,lubricity and low-temperature performance was developed.Its physi-cal and chemical properties were comparable to those of imported synthetic ester refrigeration oils,and it also passed the compressor bench evaluation test of a Chinese compressor manufacturer.The refrigeration oil can meet the operating condi-tion requirements of commercial refrigeration compressors using the R290 refrigerant.
