重负荷柴油机油基础油互换及黏度延伸等规则的应用探讨

摘　　要：中国发动机润滑油创新联盟开发的中国自主产权的柴油机油规格D1已完成,成为国标柴油机油规格的一部分。发动机油的基础油互换和黏度级别延伸规则,对规格的应用与推广起到了关键推动作用,因此有必要对与D1规格匹配的基础油互换和黏度级别延伸规则提前进行规划实施。文章对北美发动机油规格体系和基础油互换、黏度级别延伸的主要规则进行了介绍,对北美和欧洲的添加剂微调指导原则进行了说明。结合D1规格中各发动机台架试验的工况特点,对D1规格的基础油互换和黏度级别延伸提出初步思考,供探讨。The independent property right of Chinese diesel engine oil specification D1 developed by Chinese Lubricant Spec-ification Alliance Committee(CLSA)has been completed and has become part of the national standard diesel engine oil specification.The base oil interchange and viscosity grade read across rules of engine oils play a key role in promoting the application and promotion of specifications.Therefore,it is necessary to plan and implement the base oil interchange and viscosity grade read across rules matching the D1 specification in advance.In the paper,the main rules of North American engine oil specification systems and base oil interchange and viscosity grade read across are introduced,and the guiding principles of additive fine-tuning in North America and Europe are illustrated.Combined with the characteristics of the oper-ating condition of each engine bench test in Dl specification,preliminary thinking on the base oil interchange and viscosity grade read across of Dl specification is put forward.
