原油组成变化对润滑油系列装置的影响分析

摘　　要：石油炼制润滑油型加工路线中,蒸馏装置减压馏分收率、酮苯装置蜡收率和脱蜡油收率、糠醛精制装置精制油收率受加工原油品种和比例变化影响很大。冀东原油蜡油馏分收率最高达39.66%,俄罗斯原油和冀东原油蜡油馏分蜡含量低,分别为5.2%和27.8%;芳香分含量高,分别为23.28%和11.00%,与加工纯大庆原油相比,冀东原油比例上升,减压馏分总收率上升,俄罗斯原油和冀东原油比例上升,酮苯装置蜡收率呈下降趋势、脱蜡油收率呈上升趋势,芳香分含量升高,糠醛装置精制油收率呈下降趋势。分别对理论值和实际值进行线性拟合,提炼原油组成对润滑油装置产品收率和质量的影响规律,实际完成情况和线性拟合计算结果偏差范围为0.15%~5.56%,对生产调整有一定指导意义。In the processing route of producing lubricating oil from refined petroleum,the yield of vacuum fraction in the distillation unit,the yield of wax and dewaxed oil in the ketone-benzene unit,and the yield of refined oil in the furfural re-fining unit are greatly affected by the variety and proportion of crude oil being processed.The yield of wax oil fraction of Ji-dong crude oil is up to 39.66%,the wax content of Russian crude oil and Jidong crude oil is low,which are 5.2%and 27.8%respectively,and the aromatic content is high,which are 23.28%and 11.00%respectively.Compared with process-ing pure Daqing crude oil,the proportion of Jidong crude oil increases,the total yield of vacuum fraction increases,the proportion of Russian crude oil and Jidong crude oil increases,the wax yield of ketone-benzene unit decreases and the yield of dewaxed oil increases,the aromatic content increases,and the yield of refined oil in furfural unit decreases.The theoretical value and the actual value are linearly fitted respectively,and the influence rule of crude oil composition on the yield and quality of lubricating oil device products is summed up.The deviation between the actual completion status and the linear fitting calculation results ranges from 0.15%to 5.56%,which has a certain guiding significance for production adjustment.
