摘　　要：蒸压加气混凝土保温装饰复合外墙板集保温、装饰、防火等功能于一体,且具有节能环保、施工速度快等优点,是一种综合效益较好的装配式建筑外围护结构形式,但由于其整体抗风性能及连接可靠性等方面的研究尚不充分,制约了其在建筑外围护墙中的应用。本文研究了基层为加气混凝土时,锚栓的类型、膨胀套管直径、锚固深度等因素对锚栓抗拉承载力的影响,对比了保温装饰一体板与蒸压加气混凝土采用纯锚固、粘锚结合两种连接方式下的抗风性能,并研究分析了均布荷载作用下蒸压加气混凝土保温装饰复合外墙板失效状态和抗风荷载性能。结果表明:在锚固件数量不少于3对/块、锚固深度120mm以及装饰面板厚度7.2mm时,与蒸压加气混凝土板粘锚连接的保温装饰一体化板外墙外保温系统抗风性能能够满足5.0kPa的风荷载要求;蒸压加气混凝土保温装饰复合外墙板在均布荷载作用下属于弯曲破坏,抗风承载力和挠度变形满足规范要求。Autoclaved aerated concrete thermal insulation decorative composite exterior wallboard integrates the functions of thermal insulation,decoration and fire protection,and has the advantages of energy conservation,environmental protection and fast construction speed.It is a fabricated building exterior enclosure structure with good comprehensive benefits.However,due to insufficient research on its overall wind resistance performance and connection reliability,its application in building exterior wall protection is restricted.In this paper,the influence of anchor bolt type,expansion sleeve diameter,anchorage depth and other factors on the tensile bearing capacity of anchor bolt is studied when the base course is aerated concrete,the wind resistance performance of thermal insulation and decorative integrated board and autoclaved aerated concrete under two connection modes of pure anchorage and adhesive anchorage is compared,and the failure state and wind resistance performance of autoclaved aerated concrete thermal insulation decorative composite exterior wall panel under uniform load are studied and analyzed.The results show that when the number of anchors is not less than 3 pairs/block,the anchoring depth is 120mm and the thickness of the decorative panel is 7.2mm,the wind resistance performance of the external wall external insulation system of the thermal insulation decorative integrated panel connected with the autoclaved aerated concrete slab can meet the wind load requirement of 5.0kPa;The autoclaved aerated concrete thermal insulation decorative composite exterior wall panel is subject to bending failure under uniform load,and the wind bearing capacity and deflection deformation meet the requirements of the specification.
